1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Mind Culture, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Plans and billing

Mind Culture offers a free plan (Explore) and paid plans (Pro and Business) billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees until you cancel.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Mind Culture to share content you don’t have the right to share, to harass others, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the notes and original content you create. Sharing content through Mind Culture does not transfer ownership of that content to us; we host and display it solely to provide the service to you and the people you share with.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Mind Culture is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Mind Culture after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
