What is Mind Culture?+
Mind Culture is a place to share podcasts, articles, PDFs, and videos with the people who matter, along with a personal note about why it's worth their time. It also brings groups and teams together around what they share.
How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?+
All plan changes happen inside the app, from your account settings. There's no sales call and nothing to do outside the app — upgrades take effect immediately and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.
Where do I find invoices and billing history?+
Invoices and billing history are available in your account settings inside the app at any time.
Does someone need an account to view something I shared?+
No. Anyone you share with can open the Share Page and view it without signing up. If they create an account later, anything already shared with them is linked automatically.
Is my data private?+
Yes. Only the people you explicitly share with can see what you send, and we never expose raw account or database details. Security and privacy are core to how Mind Culture is built.
